At DIYASHI, customer satisfaction is our top priority. We carefully inspect and pack every product before shipping. However, if you receive a damaged, defective, or incorrect product, we are here to help.

🔁 Return Eligibility

You may request a return or replacement if:

  • The product is damaged at the time of delivery

  • You received a wrong product

  • The product has a manufacturing defect

👉 Return or replacement request must be raised within 7 days of delivery.


❌ Non-Returnable Items

The following items are not eligible for return or refund:

  • Products damaged due to misuse, mishandling, or normal wear & tear

  • Products without original packaging, tags, or accessories

  • Clearance sale or discounted items (unless damaged or defective)


📦 Return Process

  1. Email us at support@diyashi.in within 7 days of delivery

  2. Share the following details:

    • Order ID

    • Clear images or video showing the issue

  3. Our team will review and approve the return request

  4. Once approved, return instructions will be shared with you


💰 Refund Policy

  • Refunds will be processed after receiving and inspecting the returned product

  • The refund amount will be credited to the original payment method

  • Refund processing time: 5–7 business days

⚠️ Shipping charges (if any) are non-refundable, unless the return is due to our error.


🚚 Shipping Damage

If the package appears damaged at the time of delivery, please do not accept the order.
Alternatively, take clear photos/videos and contact us immediately.
